Welcome to Aria Catering, a fresh new dawn in inflight services. Our passion for food is evident in everything we prepare for our clients from the largest to the smallest detail. Our team is ready to accommodate any request and in addition we have formed partnerships with select restaurants to offer the most authentic cuisine possible. Whether it be traditional Russian pirogi or Arabic moutabal made to a recipe passed down from generation to generation our ethnic food is prepared by chefs with not only a huge knowledge but a passion to match our own.

We cater for both passenger and crew and our menu is a taster for the dishes we can prepare. Please feel free to ask for any specific requirements, we are always happy to discuss all options with you.

From unusual wines or champagnes to shopping in London's top stores, no request is too small or large. We are able to source authentic food and beverages from the U.S. as well as Europe the Middle East and Asia.

Aria's concierge service can also supply ice and dry ice if required.

Beluga (Huso Huso)

Considered to be the King of caviars, Beluga has the largest egg size and is steely grey in colour with a flavour of walnuts & cream with a hint of the sea and salt. Farmed in Bulgaria.

Oscietra (Gueldenstaedtii)

It has a nutty, mellow taste which develops into a buttery sweetness, similar to lobster and in colour is golden brown to slate. Farmed in Belgian.

Siberian Sturgeon (Baerii)

A delicate egg with a long hazelnut flavour on the palate and the colour ranges from grey to golden brown and similar to Oscietra. Farmed in Belgian.


A nutty salty sea taste with low acidity, is dark grey in colour and similar to Servuga. Farmed in Spain.

Sterling Caviar Transmontanus (White sturgeon)

This farmed white sturgeon, native to California, is produced by the first sustainable caviar pioneer, Sterling Caviar. In the last 20 year’s this elegant caviar first evokes the taste of Oscietra, with a nutty and buttery flavour that’s smooth and robust.

All our caviar is supplied under CITES and organisation that regulates international trade in species which are endangered or which may become endangered if their exploitation is not controlled.

Explanation of CITES label?

Beluga must start with Hus (Huso, Huso which is the Latin name for the Beluga). It is then followed by CITES code. If for example it said Beluga on the front of the tin but the Cites label on the back began with GUE it would be Oscietra so a much cheaper product.


What does this mean?

  • HUS = Latin Name
  • C = Captive (if wild it would be a W)
  • BG = Country of origin ie Bulgaria
  • GB0001 = Kings packing number
  • 1130 = Kings cites tracking number

Serving Tips / Suggestions

  • Caviar is best served as simple as possible - using mother of pearl or gold
  • Blinis, salmon, new potatoes, creme fraiche, french bread ideal compliments
  • To drink champagne and vodka
  • Chopped onions and lemon juice disguise the taste of caviar, so these are not recommened
  • To taste caviar
    • We always taste caviar on the back of our hand between the thumb and forefinger.
    • Let it rest for a few seconds and then taste by gentle rolling round your mouth.
    • The caviar will be very soft on the palette.
    • Some will say the sexist way to eat caviar is off someone else's hand!!
    • Caviar should not pop in the mouth - this only happens with caviar that has been pasteurized which firms up the egg and gives caviar an ambient shelf life.
    • Not something we recommend as pasteuirzation takes away the subtlety of the product.
