Aria are very proud to offer authentic Japanese cuisine which we believe is unsurpassed in the inflight industry. Our sushi and sashimi are prepared by Japanese chefs who have trained extensively in their craft.
All selections are provided in bento boxes or on display trays and are accompanied by chopsticks, wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce.
